GirlsUnlocked does not produce, create, upload, or host any of the visual content displayed through partner rooms. With respect to all such third-party content, GirlsUnlocked is not the "producer" as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Records required under those provisions are maintained by the respective producers and partner networks that create and host the content, each of which is the custodian of records for the content it produces.

All performers in partner rooms are represented by those networks to be adults 18 years of age or older at the time of production. Questions regarding 2257 records for specific content should be directed to the originating broadcaster or partner network.
